Job Description
We are working with a highly regarded legal firm who are looking for a Wills and Probate Solicitor to join their busy firm in the Maidstone area.
As a Wills & Probate Solicitor you will be responsible for independently managing your own case load of clients.
- You will be providing professional advice on Probate & Estate administration, Inheritance Planning & Trusts.
- You will be preparing trustees resolution’s and deeds of appointment of funds.
- You will be in close contact with executors, trustee’s beneficiaries and other professionals.
- You will be friendly but professional in you approach and respond well around sensitive subjects.
- You will be networking with clients and marketing within the team to generate new business.
- You may be required to attend meetings with clients in their own environment when required.
For this Wills & Probate:
- You will have at least 1 years PQE.
- You will be knowledgeable in the Capital Gains, & Tax Advice, ensuring you keep up date with new policies and procedures.
- You will be a well organised individual with a drive to succeed and progress your career.
