Job Description
Our client is a well established and busy prestige car dealership who are looking to recruit a Receptionist/Showroom Host to join their existing team.
This Receptionist/Showroom Host has 2 shift patterns:
Rota 1: Monday – Friday 7:30AM-1PM / Every other Saturday
Rota 2: Monday – Friday 1PM-6:30PM / Every other Saturday
Total Hours: 31.5 per week
**You will need to be available to start this position on or before 1st November**
This Receptionist/Showroom Host position is offering a salary of £17,700 per annum
As Receptionist/Showroom Host you will welcome all customers visiting the dealership and deliver outstanding customer service, You will need to be able to build a rapport with customers, establish their needs quickly and assist in any way required.
Receptionist/Showroom Host Role:
- Greeting customers, introducing to service, parts & sales
- Answering telephone calls and relay messages as required
- Providing refreshments to customers whilst they wait
- Keeping the showroom friendly and under control
- Administration duties for the running of the dealership, holiday cover, sickness records, Health & safety
- Customer satisfaction records
- Must be able to work with initiative under pressure
About You:
- You will need to be highly organised
- Excellent computer skills – Must be trained on Excel
- Have a smart appearance
- Excellent telephone manner
- Enthusiastic
- Driving licence preferable
- Must have the desire for progression
