Job Description
Our client is a main dealer group looking to recruit an experienced person as a Senior Service Advisor for their dealership.
Senior Service Advisor Role:
- To meet & greet your customers, be responsible for their experience with the dealership
- To manage your customers effectively throughout the day, maintaining regular contact and offer excellent, personalised levels of service
- To be experienced in up-sell processes, objection handling and record sales activity
- To work as part of a team, able to adapt to changing situations
About You:
- You will be working in a main dealer environment in a similar position, with ideally a minimum of 3-years experience
- Prestige experience is not essential, but would be of benefit
- Preferably you will have ADP experience
- You need to hold a full driving licence

Package:
- Basic up to £24,000
