We are recruiting for a dynamic and talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join a friendly and niche business.
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands‐on, multi‐talented Senior Javascript and PHP Full Stack developer to join a small and friendly team. This role is to take the lead, reporting to the Managing Director. The company has been established for circa 30-years, and provides SaaS solutions to a niche industry.
The company provide cloud-based web applications and associated services, with a global customer base. This market is constantly evolving to meet their customer’s needs and therefore the applications need to adapt and provide solutions for the market. As such, our client is looking for someone who has excellent technical knowledge, will provide input and opinions on existing implementations along with being influential on future developments and direction in to the business.
Ideal candidate:
You will need to have a minimum of 5-years experience as a Full Stack Developer.
Working as part of a small company you will be expected to help with projects, work closely with the team to develop future ideas, assisting when required with customer implementation projects using HTML/CSS
As a core understanding you need to be proficient in the following:
- PHP
- JavaScript
- HTML5
- CSS/Sass
- MySQL
- Unit testing – PHPUnit
- Version control – Git/SVN
- Experience developing web application user interfaces
- Experience working with MVC frameworks such as CakePHP, Laravel or Symfony
Package:
– Salary depends on experience level £50,000 – £60,000
– This role would give you the flexibility to be based from home 2-3 days per week.
