Our client is a main car dealership who are looking to appoint an experienced General Sales Manager for their busy site.
Our client is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager who can prove their exceptional record of achievement. You must have outstanding qualities to be considered for this role, and will need to demonstrate your achievements and leadership qualities. You will be dynamic, enthusiastic and highly professional in your approach.
General Sales Manager Role:
- Will be responsible for the sales departments
- Driving the performance of the department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives
- Controlling profit targets, departmental expenses and monitoring trends and reacting accordingly
- Responsible for maximising the sales and profitability of the department
- Customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position
About you:

- Organised individual who can prioritise workload effectively
- Experience of effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales team to ensure that industry-leading performance standards are evident throughout the department
- Excellent communicator at all levels who is assertive, professional and dynamic
- Possess excellent customer service skills
Package
- Basic £35,000
- OTE up to £60,000
- Company Car
- Company Pension Scheme
- 28 Days Holiday (Including Bank Holidays) Which after 3 years service will increase to 31 Days.
