Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Advisor for a Main dealership near Oxford.
Duties of the role include but not limited to:
- Working face-to-face with customers
- Handling aftersales calls.
- Booking and scheduling vehicle services and repairs.
- Ordering parts.
- Selling parts and accessories to customers over the counter
- Estimating time and costs associated with vehicle services and repairs.
- Ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the workshop environment
- Liaising with the sales department to prepare sold vehicles.
- Being involved with interpreting customer concerns and liaising with the vehicle technicians
- Liaising with customers and keeping them updated of any additional work that may be required.
- Entering of warranty claims into the system
Hours: Monday to Friday 8-6 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8 -12.30

Benefits of the role:
Salary- Starting at £24,000 Basic depending on experience plus monthly bonus.
