Job Description
A great opportunity has arisen…On behalf of my client I am looking for an experienced accounts assistant with experience in purchase ledger/credit control. This is a full time role however part time hours could be considered for the right candidate.
Candidate Requirements:
- Full UK Driving license
- Currently in an accounts assistant role or similar.
The Role:
- To monitor all outstanding accounts to ensure payments are made swiftly and in line with customer terms of credit
- Assist Purchase Ledger with day-to-day administration
- Scanning invoices as required
- Posting Cash and Company banking
- Supporting team with statement reciliation
- To note all outstanding accounts and investigate with the relevant departmental manager to ensure that there is no reason for non-payment
- Supporting financial controller and accounts department with ad-hoc duties as required.
