Role: 2x IT 1st Line Engineers

Our client is a successful, privately owned IT company based in the Burgess Hill area. They have exciting opportunities for two forward thinking IT 1st Line Technicians to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress within a successful, well-established company offering continued training and development.
As a 1st Line Support Technician you will be responsible for providing first class customer service and IT support to a variety of clients. With individual needs this role will be suited for someone coming from a similar role who is used to working in a fast paced environment.
You will be responding to inbound support Emails and calls
You will provide excellent customer service keeping clients up to date with any issues.
You will also be responsible for upgrading types of hardware and software ensuring minimal impact to client.
You will be required to carry out site visits and on-site trouble shooting when required.
For this 1st Line Support Technician role you will need to be pro-active with a can do attitude.
You will have excellent customer service skills and have a friendly but professional approach.
You will need to have a keen interest in developing a career in IT
You will ideally have 12-months IT experience OR have recently studied an IT qualification and be looking for your first IT job
