Job role – Business/Transaction Manager
Location – Ashford
Salary – Dependant on experience
I am recruiting for a prestigious automotive dealership in the Ashford area who are looking for an experienced Transaction Manager to join their hugely successful dealership.
The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience as a Transaction Manager and proven customer service experience skills.
Transaction Manager job duties include:
- Experience within the Motor Trade as a Transaction Manager
- Must have experience of and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting objectives
- You will be determined to succeed and prepared to drive your performance on a daily basis
- You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills
- You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive sales environment
- You must be smart in appearance and well organised

- Ideally, you will be either a Business Manager or Sales Transaction Manager working in a main dealer environment, who is looking to take the next step in your career.
- Support and training will be given to build on your existing knowledge of systems and to comply with FSA regulation
- This is a fast-paced environment and you will need to be professional, approachable enthusiastic to drive the performance of your team.
