Job Description
Automotive Trade Parts Advisor needed in the Swanley area.
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Parts team of an established and successful Parts hub in the Swanley area.
Job Role – Trade Parts Advisor
Job Location – Swanley
Salary – £29,000 plus £6,000 per annum bonus. This can increase on performance.
Hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm plus 1 in 3 Saturdays.
Responsibilities will include the below but will develop and increase as the successful candidate progresses:
- Dealing with customers coming into the front counter
- Dealing with customer phone orders
- Serving the workshop staff
- Providing quotes to customers and workshop staff
- Checking in parts deliveries
- Managing parts stock
- To promote parts sales
The ideal candidate will have:
- Good solid parts background / trade parts
- Telesales experience
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- A good team ethic
- Flexibility
- Good organisational skills
