Job Description
Vehicle Product Genius required by main car dealership in the Slough area of Berkshire.
As a Product Genius, you will be the first point of contact for customers by initiating conversation and building rapport to excite them about the vehicle / brand. You will promote the benefits and unique selling points.
This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

Salary – £ 22,500k basic / OTE £ 27,500
Product Genius Role
To ensure all customers enjoy the best possible experience within the retail environment
To offer support to the current sales team
To provide customers with specific and relevant information about new and used cars
Planning, managing and delivery of test drives to customers
Offering additional product insight to both sales and aftersales customers
Managing retailer product display and accessory merchandising
Organising and delivering customer handovers for new and used cars

You will be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering a great customer experience
Be able to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction at all times
Be a confident communicator
