Job Description
IT Support Technician required. My client is a growing IT Managed services provider, working with schools, nurseries and colleges operating within three countries. 100% of their customers are educators of young people. All or their services are geared around the specific needs of schools and ensuring everything is focused around improving pupil outcomes.

Position Overview – IT Support Technician
- Carrying out day to day 1st & 2nd Line support tasks
- Responding to helpdesk requests both on site and remotely
- Desktop, AV, Server & Network Troubleshooting
- Basic Hardware & Software repairs
- Deployment of Hardware and software
- Maintaining network documentation and reporting
- Assisting with customer sales requests
- Provide technical guidance and support to school staff.
Position Requirements – IT Support Technician
- Full UK driving license
- Strong customer facing skills & problem-solving skills
- 2+ Years in a similar role
- Experience in AV installations
- Familiarly with AutoTask or other helpdesk solutions – desirable
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent experience
- Google (G-Suite) & Office 365 experience
- MCSA experience – Desirable
- Apple IOS & OSX
- Remote access Technology (Team viewer, Datto RMM)
Position Remuneration – IT Support Technician
- Monday to Friday – 37.5hrs a week (Full time)
- Salary £21,000 – 25,000 (DOE)
- 25 days holiday including bank holidays
