Job Description
Our client is a leading Main Dealer HGV Dealership who is looking to recruit a a HGV Technician. Our client operates a large Main Dealer for HGVs and LCVs. Depending on experience they will consider Technicians with a passenger car background for LCV work, and experienced HGV technicians.
HGV Vehicle Technician Role
- You will be required to assist with breakdowns, to carry out servicing and maintenance repairs
- Identify and diagnose vehicle faults using a logical and efficient method to ensure first time fix is achieved.
- Communicate well with Customers, colleagues and Service Administration
- Complete all necessary paper work in-line with company guidelines and manufacturer warranty procedures
Experience
- You will be a fully qualified Vehicle Technician with at least 2 years experience working in a Main Dealership
- Qualified to a minimum NVQ Level 3 of equivalent
- Experienced in Vehicle Diagnostics
- Appropriate driving licence for class of vehicle
Package
- OTE £35K+
- Overtime paid at Time and a half
