Job Description
Our client is a main car dealership looking to recruit a Finance Renewals / Retention Specialist to join their busy Sales department.
Job Role – Renewal / Retention Specialist
Job Location – Near Crawley in West Sussex
Salary – OTE £ 50,000
Working closely with the Sales Manager, this position will involve identifying, and contacting customers who have previously purchased a vehicle from the dealership and their finance agreement is due expire. Your role will be to contact these customers, booking appointments for your sales executive colleagues, and calculate prices and finance payments.
Finance Renewal / Retention Specialist Role:
- Contacting customers by telephone to make appointments for sales staff
- Identify potential renewal customers from daily list of customers due in for service
- Calculate finance payments for customers
- Review of appointments with sales staff
- Follow up by telephone of customers following appointments
- Provide reports and analysis of appointments and sales to management team
- Provide backup and support to Transaction Manager
Experience:
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role as as Car Finance Renewal / Retention Specialist
This is a fast paced environment and you will need to be professional, approachable, and enthusiastic
You will need to be computer proficient to build customer quotes, track performance and email customers
